In fact, there are also issues related to non-technical factors that can have a significant impact on the heterogeneity of data that flow into official inventories at a global level (e.g. elements of a regulatory and\/or marketing nature.) .. On the eve of COP 21 in Paris, it is worth re-proposing some &#8220;collateral&#8221; aspects that the climate govemance has not yet solved.
