Electricity, anatomy of costs

This monograph of the RSEView series was born with some ambition and at the end of a long phase of writing, elaboration and reflection. Tackling energy costs is a challenge in itself. Putting this challenge into an articulated and complex system like the Italian one requires a good deal of expertise and determination. It is a question of describing the often-reasured – not always optimal – ratio of the needs of the system and users, regulatory and industrial needs and responses to external stresses, such as those of EU policies.
